Shipping and Returns Policy

Upon receipt of your order, please allow a processing time of 2 business days. We ship orders within the contiguous 48 states from Monday to Friday. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays. Our designated shipping carrier is FedEx Ground, which unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO boxes, FPO boxes, or internationally.

If any of our products fail to meet your expectations, you have the option to return the unopened item within 15 days of delivery for either store credit or a refund. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt or invoice. Kindly note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. While the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, if you received incorrect merchandise, STG Nail Acrylics will reimburse you for the shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of return shipment for the processing of your return credit. After crediting, it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to reflect on your credit card statement, as this timeline varies depending on your credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Products: We strive for your utmost satisfaction with your purchase and uphold the highest standards for our products' quality. Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue. If deemed eligible for return, the damaged item must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Please note that all clearance and closeout items are considered final sale and are non-refundable. While we aim to initiate your refund promptly, please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your credit card refund once we receive your returned product.
